Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Sandeep.
I wasn't born with an advantage.
I grew up in a below middle-class family, where resources were limited and expectations were simple — just do well enough to get by.
But even that felt difficult.
I struggled in school. I failed in math multiple times. Scoring good marks in most subjects felt like an uphill battle.
I wasn't confident. I was an introvert — shy, reserved, almost invisible. Public speaking wasn't just uncomfortable — it was something I actively avoided.
I had very few friends. In fact, my closest and largest friend circle… was my collection of books.
It started with comics. Then novels. And slowly, I built an entire imaginary world inside my head — a world where I felt more comfortable than the real one.
But reality caught up.
When I entered college, everything changed. My confidence shattered.
I realized I was woefully unprepared — not just academically, but in life. Communication, confidence, clarity, thinking… I lacked almost everything needed to survive and succeed.
That's when something shifted. I knew one thing for sure:
I had a lot to learn… and I had to learn fast.
So I went back to what I knew best — books. But this time, I did something different.
I didn't just read. I observed people. I studied how they learned, how they thought, how they spoke, how they improved.
Slowly, I began to build a system — a way to accelerate how I learned. And then… I applied it.
First, I started seeing improvement in my academics. Then in my confidence. Then in my career.
That same system helped me:
- Earn 15+ industry certifications
- Get into executive programs at IIM Calcutta, IIM Kozhikode, and XLRI
- Specialize in areas like AI, Design Thinking, Project Management, Sports Analytics, and more
My journey didn't stop there. Work took me across the world — 18 cities across 9 countries, meeting people from completely different cultures and backgrounds.
And something unexpected happened. Despite starting out as someone who struggled to fit in… I found myself being accepted everywhere.
It wasn't talent. It wasn't luck. It was learning.
Not slow, passive learning. But intentional, accelerated learning.
I created Learning Machines for one reason: so that no one has to feel the way I did — lost, behind, and unsure of how to improve.
I want to help people learn faster, think better, and grow stronger. Not just in theory… but in real life.
You don't need to be born extraordinary. You just need to learn… faster than the world changes.
About Me
I'm Sandeep Bhadange — a technologist with 20+ years in IT, deeply passionate about AI and education. I hold three executive MBAs from IIM-Calcutta, IIM-Kozhikode and XLRI, plus countless certifications. Once an academically below-average student, I refused to bow out — and engineered my way to the top by mastering the science of learning itself.
My Vision
AI will hold humanity's collective intelligence and become our greatest companion. The humans who learn fastest will walk beside it — adding the most value, earning the highest respect, and shaping what comes next. I see a world where every person, from age 5 upward, is equipped to thrive in that future.
